$165 for 45-50 minute session
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Currently, I am an approved provider for BCBS, AllKids, and VIVA. Please verify with your insurance provider that I am covered by your policy.
Payment
A credit card is required to be on file for all clients to ensure prompt payment at the time of service. Payments can be made through the client portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. There is a late cancellation fee for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice of $125. There is a no-show fee of $150. If you no-show for your appointment, this fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next session.
